📋 Description
• Lead and manage the daily activities of the concrete crew • Enforce all company and site-specific safety protocols • Supervise and actively participate in concrete forming, reinforcing steel placement, concrete pours, and finishing operations • Complete daily reports, time sheets, and required project documentation accurately • Represent the company professionally on-site.
🎯 Requirements
• Over 5 years of experience supervising structural concrete work on heavy, highway, or civil construction projects. • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction layouts. • Experience operating construction equipment and performing hands-on concrete work. • Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, reinforcing steel, placement methods, and finishing. • Familiarity with TDOT/DOT, ACI, and project-specific concrete specifications.
