📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining salary ranges, job evaluation data, and incentive plan documentation • Help gather and organize data for market pricing studies and compensation surveys • Assist with survey submissions and basic benchmarking • Support job description reviews and maintain records for job leveling and classifications • Assist with administrative tasks during annual merit and bonus cycles, including data entry, quality checks, and report preparation • Respond to routine compensation questions from HR and business partners, escalating complex issues to senior team members • Prepare basic reports and summaries • Help ensure compensation data and processes align with company policy • Flag potential compliance concerns to senior staff • Maintain accurate and reliable compensation data and support day-to-day compensation activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience • 0–2 years of experience in compensation, HR, or related analytics work; internship experience considered • Basic understanding of compensation concepts, market pricing, and job evaluation • High attention to detail, strong judgment, and discretion when working with confidential employee and company data • Comfortable working with Excel and willingness to learn compensation systems and reporting tools • Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach • Eagerness to learn and grow within the compensation function • Exposure to market pricing tools (e.g., PayFactors, WTW, Mercer) is a plus, but not required • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced or growing organization
