📋 Description

• Research market data, salary data aggregators, and published salary surveys to assist in market pricing jobs and generate market composites and recommendations • Analyze market composites from multiple pricing sources to inform client recommendations • Analyze clients' financial and compensation data versus the market using Excel modeling skills • Utilize and audit financial models and internal efficiency tools • Assist in creating high-quality client reports using PowerPoint, formatted tables, and Excel-derived data • Review compensation programs across industries and document current state and key takeaways • Complete annual compensation surveys for clients to maintain the survey library • Document tasks, deliverables, timing, and responsibilities for project plans • Create data requests and manage client fulfillment intake and analyses • Generate meeting agendas under direction from senior consultants • Perform duties in accordance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration or similar discipline with analytics, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience working in a corporate setting • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a strong emphasis in Excel • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills • Highly analytical, detail oriented, critical thinker who can tell a story using data • Demonstrated experience meeting tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks, high level of accuracy, and working independently to achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously • Demonstrated customer service skills
