📋 Description

• Run the branch's visit schedule • Match patients with appropriate clinicians using human judgment • Know patients' care needs and clinicians' locations, driving preferences, availability, and workload • Adapt the daily schedule quickly as conditions change • Escalate issues that could affect patient wellbeing • Build relationships and maintain favors to support scheduling and utilization • Keep clinician utilization high and support clinician satisfaction • Report directly to the Branch Director and work closely with the General Manager • Put technology to work and verify completion

🎯 Requirements

• Experience scheduling in a home health care setting is required by the application form • Fluency in HCHB or a similar EMR is a running start • Experience scheduling for a home health agency, or experience running a complex operation such as a dispatch desk, staffing board, flight schedule, or military movement plan • Ability to call audibles without breaking the operation • Ability to spot risk hours before it becomes a crisis • Ability to use technology and verify it got done right • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
