📋 Description

• Lead a team responsible for generating, managing, and delivering clinical trial data for Biopharma customers • Oversee generation, review, and delivery of clinical trial data and reports according to customer specifications and timelines • Lead negotiation, implementation, and maintenance of data transfer agreements for assigned customers and studies • Serve as escalation point for complex data inquiries, reconciliation activities, and customer-specific reporting requirements • Build relationships with customers and cross-functional partners to support study execution and satisfaction • Serve as subject matter expert in client data architecture and lifecycle management • Implement solutions improving consistency, scalability, and efficiency of data delivery • Oversee development, validation, and maintenance of tools, scripts, and automated processes for customer deliverables • Maintain documentation, version control, SOPs, and data security compliance • Monitor team processes and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights • Establish team priorities, performance expectations, and development plans • Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and performance management • Foster accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus • Drive team performance against operational goals • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related experience, or Master’s degree plus 6 years of related experience • Experience supporting clinical trial data management, data reporting, or related functions in a regulated environment • Proficiency in database software and writing SQL queries • Experience with Java, Python, or R • Experience with Excel, Bash, and Git • Previous supervisory experience • Ability to lead, develop, and motivate others through expectations, feedback, coaching, and inclusive team management • Knowledge of molecular biology, biostatistics, or related scientific disciplines preferred • Experience in biopharma, diagnostics, genomics, or clinical research organizations preferred • Not currently sponsoring candidates requiring work authorization support
