📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Health Benefits delivery, reporting, requirements definition, and service inquiries • Act as the service lead accountable for client satisfaction and ongoing requirements • Maintain ongoing relationships and regular communication with key client stakeholders • Evaluate, manage, and resolve complex operational and technical challenges • Understand technology solutions to serve client needs • Organize, plan, and lead internal and external meetings • Oversee projects from initiation to completion and provide subject matter expertise • Utilize ad hoc reporting, Google Analytics, and Advanced Table Editor • Assist with escalations and provide client consultation • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for service-specific and common client requirements • Collaborate with a global client-delivery team and execute the client solution roadmap • Develop domain and operational expertise within the client team • Manage and deliver client reporting, including non-standard reporting needs • Provide coaching and mentorship, particularly to Health Client Specialists • Support change requests; this is not a sales position

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Project and client management experience • Ability to translate concepts into client requirements that drive technology and process solutions • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Leadership and coaching skills • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to facilitate effective conversations with internal and external clients • Health Welfare/Annual enrollment experience • Ability to guide and support the team in adopting best practices • Understanding of technology solutions • Ability to complete a background check, which may include SSN/SIN validation, education and employment verification, criminal check, sanctions/watch-list search, credit check, and/or drug test • Work authorization in the employing country without current or future visa sponsorship
