📋 Description

• Serve as the lead relationship manager for a portfolio of complex, high-revenue accounts across P&C or Life & Health lines • Develop and implement comprehensive account service strategies tailored to each client’s industry, risk profile, and business goals • Manage renewals, marketing to carriers, coverage negotiations, policy audits, and claims advocacy • Act as a consultative partner on risk mitigation and insurance program structure • Lead internal servicing teams and coordinate Client Managers I/II, Producers, and support staff • Identify opportunities for program enhancements, cross-selling, and coverage optimization • Oversee account documentation integrity in AMS360 for accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness • Monitor emerging insurance trends, legislative developments, and market conditions • Participate in client stewardship meetings, proposal development, and executive presentations • Mentor junior account management staff through training, technical guidance, and performance feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of insurance account management experience • Strong track record in Property & Casualty and Life & Health • Experience managing complex, multi-location, or industry-specific accounts with minimal supervision • Strong knowledge of insurance markets, risk management strategies, and advanced policy structures • Experience mentoring or managing support staff or junior team members • Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and strategic consulting skills • Proficient in AMS360 and other relevant tools and platforms • Active P&C and/or Life & Health licenses required • Advanced certifications such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU strongly preferred • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and a client-first mindset
