📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of New System Projects from turnover through closeout • Guide customers through the transition from Sales to Project Management • Create, maintain, and present detailed project schedules and milestones • Lead kickoff meetings and maintain communication with customers and internal teams • Mentor Assistant Project Managers on submittals and closeout documentation • Collaborate with Engineering for project buy-out • Manage jobsite foreman relationships for accurate cost-to-complete forecasting • Issue monthly invoices and complete monthly financial forecasts • Review job costs and vendor invoices biweekly • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors along critical paths • Monitor jobsite safety and ensure OSHA compliance • Adhere to IIAR rules, regulations, and piping standards • Attend weekly customer/GC meetings and manpower meetings • Support the transition of new projects into ongoing Preventive Maintenance Agreements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in Ammonia Refrigeration • Strong mechanical knowledge and trade skills • Experience managing subcontractors and leading project teams • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project • Willingness to travel nationwide • Primarily field-based role with exposure to loud environments, moving mechanical parts, outdoor conditions, and occasional extreme temperatures • Travel required for approximately one-third of the time
