📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle • Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs to prospective and existing customers • Evaluate customer requirements and determine how products and solutions can be configured or extended to meet their needs • Identify expansion or upsell opportunities within the existing customer base • Develop detailed product, design, and implementation specifications for complex customer solutions • Build proof-of-concept applications or rapid prototypes to demonstrate technical feasibility and product capability • Provide technical consultation, capability assessments, and solution validation • Address complex technical questions and objections during the sales process • Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and deliverable • Stay current on product roadmap, capabilities, and competitive landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or related customer-facing technical role • Ability to translate customer business requirements into technical solutions and specifications • Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience building prototypes, proofs of concept, or technical demonstrations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment • Understanding of the company's relevant product suite and underlying technologies, or comparable industry experience • Ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and prioritize under deadline pressure • Experience partnering with sales teams in a consultative, quota-influencing capacity • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
