• Support the Americas Workplace Leadership Team in implementing internal corporate employee moves and workplace environment changes • Drive operational standards as the main point of contact for day-to-day operations • Conduct various tasks with high complexity supporting functional teams • Deliver consistent facility management service standards • Assist in development of policy and procedure manual • Manage day-to-day supervision of maintenance systems and communication • Analyze trends to proactively provide long-term solutions • Oversee Facilities Requests Smartsheet and ensure timely resolution
• Completed vocational training, studies, or equivalent education • Appropriate qualification in Facilities Management • Appropriate qualification in HSE Management • Minimum 5 years working experience in respective area • Experience at a similar level in a complex organisation • Proven leadership and people management skills • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Very good English skills
