• Drive the strategy and execution of IT integrations at Adobe • Lead end to end execution of new M&A transactions including due-diligence and post-merger integration • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver on M&A integration activities • Define integration-related key performance indicators • Support synergy realization tracking and integration value measurement • Develop executive communications and integration governance reporting
• Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience or relevant experience • Demonstrated success in Global M&A and large-scale M&A IT integrations • Strong background in information technology, enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS) • Familiarity with enterprise architecture • Ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across organizations • Excellent interpersonal skills and executive experience • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
