📋 Description

• Architect & build internal tools, agentic utilities, and workflow infrastructure • Reduce friction, eliminating repetitive work, and letting designers focus on user experience • Design and build high-fidelity, functional prototypes in LLM-powered applications • Develop a shared prototyping toolkit & end-to-end processes • Evaluate scaling this work to support composable systems & components • Raise the bar on craft by bringing finesse-level quality to the insight experiences we ship • Close the gap between design intent & technical implementation by partnering with production engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience at the intersection of design & engineering • Hands-on experience building & shipping LLM-powered apps, automations, or agentic systems • A body of work demonstrating quality & attention to detail • Experience in design organizations & an understanding of what it takes to earn designers' trust.
