📋 Description
• Facilitate 2–3 live virtual groups each week • Create structured, age-appropriate activities • Promote creativity, connection, and emotional expression • Maintain engagement in a virtual group setting • Complete attendance and required documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in a creative, educational, or behavioral health field • Group facilitation experience • Experience working with adolescents ages 13–17 • Familiarity with PHP, IOP, or behavioral health settings • Experience facilitating creative groups remotely • Private home office, webcam, and reliable internet • Preferred: Adolescent PHP/IOP experience • Preferred: Trauma-informed or strengths-based experience • Warm, creative, and dependable virtual presence
