📋 Description
• Collaborating with stakeholders to shape and define projects • Breaking projects into small, full-stack deliverables and implementing them end-to-end • Managing and resolving support tickets promptly • Continuously refining tech stack and developer tools for efficiency and scalability
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of production engineering experience building and scaling systems • Full-stack engineering expertise across frontend, backend, and infrastructure • Startup-minded, comfortable working independently and taking ownership • Pragmatic in approach to solutions • Technically versatile with experience in modern technologies • AI-fluent; leverage AI coding tools for productivity • Product-oriented mindset, understanding user needs and business impact
