📋 Description

• Advise enterprise clients on Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Amplitude, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Tealium capabilities • Explain where to find answers to business questions and recommend integration solutions with other tools • Create and carry out client tasks in Asana • Handle client communications, including answering emails and taking meeting notes • Maintain client relationships and act as liaison throughout projects and tasks • Analyze client implementations and data to determine conclusions or solution methods • Answer client questions and attend client meetings • Provide recommendations and implement best practices • Work within a pod or group on assigned client projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field • 1 - 2 years hands-on experience working in Google Analytics 4 (360), Amplitude, Google Tag Manager or Tealium • Experience working with Enterprise level clients • Proven ability to solve complex problems and ensure timely delivery • Ability to provide the highest level of quality and empathy towards all clients and internal teams • Exemplary presentation skills and interpersonal skills • Previous client-facing experience • Must work from one of the eligible U.S. states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin • Work authorization verified through Form I-9 / E-Verify
