• Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries • Use Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations • Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay • Check queues daily to ensure accuracy and complete issued tickets • Maintain non-stop service programs, including preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals • Provide travel expertise to clients • Send quotes for international travel and assess restrictions, non-refundable rules, Open Skies, and FAA requirements • Meet management-defined KPIs, including productivity and transaction targets, consistent attendance, and schedule adherence • Communicate with airlines regarding flight changes, seating, and upgrades, and update clients • Follow ADTRAV policies, procedures, and approved traveler-service workflows • Provide excellent customer service, identify traveler issues, and solve problems empathetically • Communicate with agents and employees to gather information and service travelers • Participate in ongoing industry training • Maintain effective working relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clients • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned
• High school diploma or equivalent required • At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel; complex international experience is a plus • Experience using a GDS system; Sabre required, Amadeus a plus • Strong knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes • Knowledge of government travel requirements, visas, and passports • Understanding of federal travel regulations, Fly America Act, and Open Skies Agreement • Strong computer and typing skills, including navigating quickly between programs and using shortcut keys • Demonstrated experience learning and using technology, multiple applications, and multiple monitors simultaneously • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Excellent listening skills and ability to clarify and respond to traveler needs • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks with minimal supervision • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely and receive feedback and direction • Professional and positive demeanor; ability to work cooperatively • Ability to work remotely and meet company home-office requirements • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information • Ability to work evening, night, overnight, weekend, and holiday schedules between 7pm–7am CT • Ability to pass credit, criminal, and/or employment reference background checks • U.S. citizenship required by government contract, with proof upon hire • Ability to successfully pass required government clearance processes
