📋 Description

• Support day-to-day revenue cycle initiatives across billing, collections, accounts receivable, and follow-up activities. • Assist with documenting current workflows, operational procedures, and process improvements. • Analyze revenue cycle data and prepare reports to identify trends, opportunities, and operational issues. • Support process improvement initiatives by gathering information, documenting recommendations, and tracking action items. • Assist with maintaining project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and deliverables. • Coordinate with DHA UBO leadership, MTF personnel, and project stakeholders to gather information and support project activities. • Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities. • Support development of presentations, dashboards, spreadsheets, and other project documentation. • Participate in project meetings and provide timely follow-up on assigned action items. • Ensure assigned work products are completed accurately and within established project timelines. • Perform other revenue cycle and project support duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Public Trust or clearable status. • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, patient accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field. • Basic understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, and reimbursement. • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment. • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, or a related field. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Public Trust.
