📋 Description

• Build relationships with benefits consultants and brokers across the U.S., identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships • Develop a deep understanding of LearnLux’s product, value proposition, and roadmap to educate consultants effectively • Serve as a feedback loop to marketing, product, and other LearnLux teams regarding questions from the consultant community • Partner with the sales team to build strategic plans and support prospecting efforts using consultant relationships • Support sales-generated opportunities and work with consultants to source leads from their client base • Collaborate with the broader team to generate ideas, share best practices, and increase team efficiency • Take on potential leadership responsibilities and help build a team as the company grows

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a benefits consultant or in a role that sells to benefits consultants • Strong experience in SaaS Benefits, Benefits Consulting, or a Confirming/Brokerage Firm • Strong communication skills and clear understanding of financial wellbeing as a pillar of total wellbeing • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and work in a rapidly changing environment • Proven track record as a top performer • Collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy • Proven ability and desire to build effective internal and external relationships • Ideal candidate located in the Eastern Time Zone • Strong network with benefits consultants and brokers • Clear and effective presentation skills • Sharp attention to detail
