📋 Description

• Support work streams in sophisticated enterprise customer engagements • Partner with collaborators to achieve customer vision and complete key deliverables • Advise customers hands-on using solution, technical, Salesforce product, industry, consulting, and client-business knowledge • Deliver enterprise desktop, cloud, and mobile solutions, including integrations using middleware tools and platforms • Develop technical solutions meeting customer business and technical requirements • Lead evaluation and presentation of options and educate customers and partners • Identify and proactively manage risks through complete resolution • Contribute to customer success through front- and back-end solution development and release management • Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, enterprise architecture, solution architecture and design, environment management, testing, and Salesforce Platform education • Create application and technical design documents integrating Salesforce into customer infrastructure • Troubleshoot implementation issues and lead evaluation of business and technical requirements • Manage customer expectations and negotiate complex solutions with customers and third-party partners • Build relationships with business partners and contribute to broader practice growth • Lead internal strategic initiatives, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the practice knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• Secret Clearance requires providing 10 years of verifiable work and residence history, generally from within Canada • 3+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with common enterprise software solutions such as CRM or ERP • 3+ years of experience as an Architect or Senior Developer in a mid- to large-sized organization • Demonstrated leadership driving organizational transformation in a matrixed organization • Experience with enterprise architecture, integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management • Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter • Proven experience leading customer and/or partner success in solution architecture, development and release management, change management, and solution design • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration • Ability to guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies • Strong speaking, written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills • Willingness to continually study new technologies and functionality • Travel to client sites averaging 25%, potentially higher or lower based on engagement • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field • Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S.-born or naturalized, without dual citizenship • Must agree to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation for a Moderate Public Trust position • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Canadian Government Security Clearance as a condition of employment • Salesforce product certifications are highly beneficial before joining • Expected to gain Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Agentforce Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, and JavaScript Developer certifications within the first 3 months
