📋 Description

• Drive mission-critical accounting and finance projects for mid-market to large-size clients • Serve as Interim Controller and oversee financial operations • Manage accounting functions, transactions, and month-end closings • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts • Implement and monitor internal controls for regulatory compliance • Lead special projects such as system transitions, audit preparations, and M&A financial integrations • Potentially supervise employees depending on client needs • Work independently while collaborating with client teams • Assess complex situations and develop effective solutions across diverse industries • Travel as needed, potentially frequently and unpredictably, based on client requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields • Experience working in complex, multi-entity corporations • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Strong self-motivation and initiative in ambiguous situations • Proficiency in accounting applications such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP • Proficiency in data analysis tools • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels • Ability to pass thorough criminal, credit, education, certification, and reference background checks • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred • CPA or equivalent certification preferred • Ability to travel frequently and unpredictably depending on client needs
