📋 Description

• Serve as Interim Controller, overseeing financial operations • Manage accounting functions, transactions, and month-end closings • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts • Implement and monitor internal controls for regulatory compliance • Lead special projects (e.g., system transitions, audit preparations, M&A financial integrations) • Potential to supervise employees, depending upon client need.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields • Experience working in complex, multi-entity corporations • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Strong self-motivation and initiative in ambiguous situations • Proficiency in accounting applications (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and data analysis tools • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels • Ability to pass thorough background checks (criminal, credit, education, certification, references).
