📋 Description

• Build and maintain operational and executive reporting in Power BI, including case volume, KPIs, investigator utilization, margin by line of business, and service quality • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for clients • Complete ad-hoc analysis requests from operations, sales, and leadership • Write SQL queries against the data platform to answer business questions and investigate discrepancies • Maintain recurring Excel reporting and update weekly reporting deliverables • Build lightweight process automations • Shadow operations, case management, and finance to understand workflows and identify where reporting or automation removes manual effort • Document metric definitions and report logic • Report to the Director of Data & AI

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a data analyst or business analyst role • Strong SQL, including joins, window functions, and CTEs • Power BI report development experience, including working DAX • Advanced Excel • Demonstrated ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and translate business questions into analysis • Python or R experience preferred • Masters in Computer Science or related field preferred • Experience producing client-facing or externally published reporting preferred • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities • Good oral and written communication skills • Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable remote work environment
