📋 Description

• Provide contact center support remotely from home with paid training and continuous coaching • Conduct daily verification and follow-up calls with healthcare providers to collect patient records • Schedule appointments with providers for record collection • Resolve issues through phone and electronic communication • Follow additional instructions based on evolving project and business needs • Maintain a professional, customer-focused, and team-focused approach • Use MS Office tools to streamline tasks and enhance productivity • Handle a high volume of outgoing calls

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be eligible to work and perform job responsibilities within the United States • High-speed internet with an Ethernet connection • 1+ years of call center experience is ideally preferred • Fluency in both Spanish and English • Excellent communication skills • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals • Availability to be on video during the training period • Consistent attendance and punctuality • Reliable power backup • High-speed internet connectivity
