📋 Description

• Retrieve medical records from EMR systems. • Perform quality checks to ensure records are complete and visible. • Monitor completed work and provide feedback to improve team performance. • Maintain policies, procedures, work instructions, and projects for quality and continuous improvement. • Contribute to business growth by ensuring customer satisfaction with service and quality. • Safeguard patient records and manage data transfers in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational regulations. • Scan and validate medical records for upload. • Maintain complete confidentiality in accordance with organizational and legal requirements. • Download patients' medical records from secure electronic medical record systems using HIPAA-compliant software.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Logical reasoning and analytical thinking. • Openness to feedback and coaching as part of ongoing training. • Strong PC skills. • Solid understanding of the US healthcare industry and its regulations. • Experience working with multiple medical practices and doctors; EMR knowledge would be an added advantage.
