📋 Description

• Provide exemplary client service as the main point of client contact • Manage day-to-day relation for assigned accounts • Review Protocol/site submissions and understand supporting documentation • Demonstrate understanding of multiple types of Protocol and Site Submissions • Handle customization requests and vendor relations • Complete work promptly and respond to customers within 24 hours • Escalate customer or timeline issues as needed • Assist with process improvement initiatives • Attend conferences and workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent experience • Four (4) years’ experience in IRB or clinical research setting • Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or attainment of CIP within one (1) years of eligibility preferred • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite • Knowledge of Federal laws and guidelines pertaining to Research and the Use of Human Subjects • Excellent communication skills including reading, writing, listening, and understanding scientific/medical dialogue • High level of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting demands
