📋 Description

• Join Aurora Health Care as a Virtual Primary Care Physician—part of Advocate Health • 1.0 FTE virtual primary care position; 36 patient contact hours plus 4 administrative hours • Four-day work week; 1pm to 11pm • Weekend rotation 1:14 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) • Call coverage 1:14 (Monday at 11pm to the following Monday at 8am; minimal call volume) • Clinical assistance via virtual medical assistants and nurse triage • Patients can schedule directly with their virtual primary care physician, preserving the trusted physician-patient relationship found in traditional practices • Physician will see virtual patients in Wisconsin and Illinois • Employed position with comprehensive benefits package, fully funded malpractice insurance and CME allowance • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic

🎯 Requirements

• Board certification • At least 3 years of practice experience • Collaboration with APPs • Despite the position being remote, the physician must reside in one of the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY
