📋 Description

• Develop strategy, capture planning, and win strategies for Federal Remediation opportunities • Lead resource identification, proposal capture strategies, value proposition development, bid and commercial strategies, proposal responses, interview preparation, negotiations support, and teaming • Manage the transition from opportunity through proposal to award • Oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, proposal strategies, and pursuit transition • Ensure prioritization, funding, and team structure for pursuits • Provide market insights and customer advocacy for pursuit strategy development • Support legal, risk, and contract reviews • Lead Readiness to Win processes and executive reviews • Develop opportunity analyses and capture plans • Drive proposal themes, messaging, differentiation, and innovation • Coordinate teaming and subcontracting arrangements • Establish go/no-go and pink, red, and green review gates • Develop and maintain price-to-win analyses • Plan execution milestones and report progress • Collaborate with technical, account, sales, marketing, and leadership teams • Lead lessons learned and client feedback processes • Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce CRM

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology, or an earth science-related field, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • 10 years of relevant experience • 2 years of leadership experience • US citizenship required • Must reside inside mainland USA territory • US citizens based outside the US must be willing to relocate to the US mainland • Experience in diversified accounts and proposal execution • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability • High self-motivation and organizational skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines • Experience communicating technical concepts to varied audiences • Strong relationship-building ability • Competitive mindset and ability to learn from losses
