• Drive sustainable and reproducible NAVY/NAVFAC account growth, emphasizing the Navy’s Pacific and West Regions • Develop and manage strategic plans based on external market drivers, resource allocation, competitor analysis, and SB/SDB analysis • Coordinate with AECOM Regional Business Lines and Business Line Leaders • Develop account plans, opportunity targets, growth goals, and regional engagement goals • Monitor and support sales opportunities, portfolio quality, bookings, and pipeline projections • Review and update the Salesforce pipeline weekly and ensure capture plans for major pursuits • Assist with teaming and negotiations and coordinate with FBS and Marketing • Facilitate risk-management sign-offs, pricing, proposal reviews, and federal requirements • Own major proposals and monitor contract capacity and program bookings • Lead and manage relationships with NAVY/NAVFAC regions, engineering commands, and research and development centers • Coordinate cross-agency opportunities with Air Force and Army CAMs • Oversee corrective actions and monitor recoveries to ensure client satisfaction • Support FAR compliance, joint venture boards, CPAR reviews, rebuttals, and contract performance assessments • Resolve organizational conflicts of interest issues and serve as ombudsman • Communicate account status, goals, and metrics across business lines and regional boundaries • Promote the AECOM brand and build the Department of War team of teams • Maintain HR requirements and negotiate goals for assigned staff • Manage client relations, market analysis, strategy development, positioning, capture, and NAVY/NAVFAC contract management • Develop and execute strategic and client account plans to achieve annual targets and grow the program year over year • Advocate for AECOM Navy programs delivering architecture, engineering, environmental, energy, construction management, and construction quality assurance services
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or another related discipline aligned with AECOM’s business lines and NAVY/NAVFAC client needs • At least 12 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs • At least 4 years of leadership experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • US citizenship required • Travel throughout CONUS and some OCONUS travel as driven by project and opportunity needs • Master’s or PhD degree in architecture, engineering, or related discipline is highly desirable • Engineer/Architect professional registration (PE or AIA) is highly desirable • Navy Civil Engineer Corps Captain rank or higher is highly desirable • PFAS knowledge is highly desirable • Brooks Act procurement experience is highly desirable • Energy Performance Services experience is highly desirable • Waterfront design and construction experience is highly desirable • Airfield design and construction experience is highly desirable
