📋 Description

• Oversee performance of groups of environmental projects and portfolios • Assure achievement of internal and client-facing KPIs and project goals • Interface with clients and lead or support business development opportunities • Lead and influence solutions and strategies for remediation portfolios • Manage projects, direct data analysis and reporting, and guide site remediation strategies through closure • Collaborate in technical discussions with project team members • Adhere to AECOM’s Quality Management System • Interact with state agencies to develop risk-based remediation goals • Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams • Develop solutions to client problems and issues • Review program/project dashboards and deep dives to identify issues and improve performance • Optimize workflows and adopt digital tools • Integrate global resources into project delivery and manage related change • Grow current portfolios through project delivery and client relationships • Drive business performance and achievement of internal KPIs • Support pricing guidance, approval frameworks, and sales pipeline accuracy • Participate in proposal development • Escalate project issues and recommend solutions for resourcing, technical, invoicing, cash collection, subcontractor, and vendor concerns • Build relationships across client organizations • Direct work assignments and review staff performance • Promote health and safety stewardship, including local field visits

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or related field, and four years of relevant work experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check • US citizenship or permanent residency required • Sponsorship unavailable now or in the future • Ability to travel • 10+ years overall professional experience preferred • PG or PE preferred • Verifiable experience performing and managing investigation/remediation of chemical, industrial, or refining sites preferred • Previous leadership and/or management experience preferred • Master's Degree in Geology, Engineering, Science, or related field is a plus • Excellent client management, organizational, verbal, written, editing, and reporting skills • Experience managing teams and scheduling staff and resources for on-time, on-budget delivery • Experience preparing proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and change orders • Strong project management, business analytics, strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience leading Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, Risk Assessment, and Treatability Studies
