📋 Description

• Lead digital delivery for the remediation business in US West • Identify opportunities to mature the use of digital technology • Define resource needs, timing, and benefits for initiatives • Set and evolve the digital roadmap • Coordinate resources to support initiatives • Act as the translation layer between business and technical resources • Track and demonstrate outcomes and benefits realized over time • Build and maintain stakeholder alignment across leadership and project teams

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS and 8 years of experience, or demonstrated equivalency in digital delivery or related field • 10+ years of experience spanning digital strategy or transformation and hands-on digital delivery (preferred) • Hands-on experience configuring and administering Smartsheet • Experience configuring solutions across the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem • Familiarity with EQuIS and Microsoft suite • Proven ability to set a digital roadmap and prioritize initiatives • Awareness of emerging capabilities like AI • Experience in environmental remediation activities, consulting, or management (preferred)
