📋 Description

• Oversee the performance of major programs and/or projects to achieve internal and client-facing KPIs • Act as an escalation point for project issues and recommend performance improvements • Address project resourcing gaps, technical issues, invoice and cash collection challenges, and subconsultant/vendor concerns • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting, including Pro Forma, Path to Plan, and Annual Plan • Monitor cash flow, including Unbilled, Billed AR, and DSO, to support working capital performance • Drive project management practices aligned with AECOM Project Delivery System and Quality Management System requirements • Maintain accurate Workload Planning Tool status, Salesforce pipeline data, and Detailed Forecast reports • Drive program performance, client satisfaction, and KPIs • Identify and proactively address governance and risk management issues • Develop solutions to client problems and participate in major program/project reviews • Drive adoption of digital tools and integrate international Enterprise Capabilities into project delivery • Manage high-quality client projects and develop program and process improvements • Share people-management responsibilities for approximately 125 department staff • Build relationships across a diverse, multi-sector client portfolio • Resolve major issues and follow up on concerns • Provide feedback for Project Managers and develop succession plans • Advise on recruiting key personnel and ensure employees are trained and mentored • Coach Project Managers and team members on business performance and internal KPIs • Evaluate individual performance of Project Managers • Collaborate with Client Account Managers, Practice Area Leaders, and Business Line Leadership to grow profitable backlog • Develop budgets for business development portfolio management, bookings, wins, and project oversight • Lead capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects to grow the business and technical capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • 15+ years related experience preferred, including 8+ years operations management, Profit & Loss, and staff management • Strong knowledge and track record in the environmental/remediation business • Experience with risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy in multiple state jurisdictions working for an Environmental Consultant • Experienced people manager and team builder • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Excellent active listening skills • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere • Ability to work collaboratively with and through others • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges • Candidate must be a US citizen or permanent resident • Sponsorship will not be available at this time or in the future • May be subject to a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record Screening and Background check
