⢠Oversee the performance of major programs and projects to achieve internal and client-facing KPIs ⢠Continue executing billable environmental site assessment and remediation work ⢠Drive program performance, client satisfaction, business performance, and KPI attainment ⢠Identify and proactively address governance and risk-management issues ⢠Develop solutions to client problems and issues ⢠Review program and project dashboards to identify issues and improve performance ⢠Drive adoption of digital tools and integrate Enterprise Capabilities into project delivery ⢠Develop program and process improvement ideas ⢠Manage high-quality client projects ⢠Share people-management responsibilities for approximately 50 department staff ⢠Build and maintain relationships across three multinational chemical-company client organizations ⢠Resolve major issues and address client concerns ⢠Support feedback, succession planning, recruiting, training, mentoring, and coaching for project managers and team members ⢠Evaluate individual performance of project managers ⢠Collaborate on business development, profitable backlog growth, financial success, budgets, capture strategies, and major pursuits ⢠Escalate project issues and address resourcing, technical, invoicing, cash collection, subconsultant, and vendor concerns ⢠Drive project management practices aligned with AECOM Project Delivery System and Quality Management System requirements ⢠Ensure accurate workload planning, pricing compliance, approval-framework compliance, Salesforce pipeline data, and forecast reports
⢠Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education ⢠Successful completion of a background check ⢠Successful completion of a motor vehicle records check ⢠US citizenship or permanent residency required ⢠Sponsorship is not offered now or in the future ⢠Master's Degree preferred ⢠15 years of related experience preferred ⢠California Professional Geologist or Professional Engineer preferred ⢠Strong environmental/remediation business knowledge and experience ⢠Experience with risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy across multiple state jurisdictions for an environmental consultant ⢠Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ⢠Ability to influence others toward a common vision or goal ⢠Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations ⢠Resilience and tenacity ⢠Ability to work collaboratively ⢠Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
