đ Description
⢠Oversee the performance of major environmental programs and projects to achieve internal and client-facing KPIs ⢠Continue to execute billable Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation work ⢠Drive program performance, client satisfaction, business performance, and KPI attainment ⢠Identify and proactively address governance and risk issues ⢠Develop solutions to client problems and participate in major program/project reviews ⢠Drive adoption of digital tools and integrate international Enterprise Capabilities into project delivery ⢠Manage high-quality client projects and approximately 50 department staff ⢠Build relationships across three multinational chemical company client organizations ⢠Resolve major issues and provide rapid follow-up to client concerns ⢠Develop succession plans, advise on recruiting, and train and mentor project delivery employees ⢠Coach and evaluate project managers and team members ⢠Collaborate with account managers, practice leaders, and business line leadership to grow profitable backlog ⢠Develop business development budgets and lead capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects ⢠Escalate project issues and address resourcing, technical, invoicing, cash collection, subconsultant, and vendor concerns ⢠Drive project management practices aligned with AECOM Project Delivery System and Quality Management System requirements ⢠Ensure accuracy of workload planning, pricing compliance, approval framework, Salesforce pipeline, and forecast data
đŻ Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education ⢠Must pass a background check ⢠Must pass a motor vehicle records check ⢠US citizenship or permanent residency required ⢠Sponsorship is not offered now or in the future ⢠Master's Degree preferred ⢠15 years of related experience preferred ⢠California Professional Geologist or Professional Engineer preferred ⢠Strong knowledge and track record in environmental/remediation business ⢠Experience with risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy in multiple state jurisdictions for an environmental consultant ⢠Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ⢠Ability to influence others toward a common vision or goal ⢠Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations ⢠Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere ⢠Ability to work collaboratively ⢠Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
