📋 Description

• Oversee the performance of major environmental programs and projects to achieve internal and client-facing KPIs • Continue involvement in and execution of billable work • Drive program performance, business performance, client satisfaction, and KPI attainment • Identify and proactively address governance and risk issues with business leadership • Develop solutions to client problems and issues • Review program and project dashboards to identify issues and improve performance • Drive adoption of digital tools and integrate international Enterprise Capabilities into project delivery • Manage high-quality client projects and develop program and process improvements • Share people management responsibilities for approximately 50 department staff • Build and maintain relationships across three multinational chemical company client organizations • Resolve major issues, support Project Managers, and address client concerns • Develop succession plans, advise on recruiting, and train and mentor project delivery employees • Coach and evaluate Project Managers and team members on business performance and KPIs • Collaborate on business development, grow profitable backlog, and support financial success • Develop budgets for business development portfolio management, project tracking, and oversight • Lead capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects • Escalate project issues and address resourcing, technical, invoicing, cash collection, subconsultant, and vendor concerns • Drive project management practices aligned with AECOM Project Delivery System and Quality Management System requirements • Ensure accuracy of workload planning, pricing compliance, approval framework, Salesforce pipeline data, and forecast reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Must pass a background check • Must pass a motor vehicle records check • US citizenship or permanent residency required • Sponsorship is not offered now or in the future • Master's Degree preferred • 15 years of related experience preferred • California Professional Geologist or Professional Engineer preferred • Strong knowledge and track record in environmental and remediation business • Experience with risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy across multiple state jurisdictions for an environmental consultant • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence others toward a common vision or goal • Ability to work flexibly and adaptably in ambiguous situations • Resilience and tenacity • Ability to work collaboratively • Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
