📋 Description

• Oversee the performance of major programs and/or projects to achieve internal and client-facing KPIs • Act as an escalation point for project issues and recommend performance improvements • Drive financial forecasting, working capital performance, cash flow, and project management practices • Ensure compliance with AECOM delivery, quality, pricing, and risk-approval systems • Maintain accurate workload planning, Salesforce pipeline, and detailed forecast data • Drive program performance, client satisfaction, governance, risk management, and KPI attainment • Develop solutions to client problems and participate in project dashboard reviews and deep dives • Integrate digital tools and international Enterprise Capabilities into project delivery • Manage high-quality client projects and develop process improvements • Share people-management responsibilities for approximately 125 department staff • Build relationships across a diverse, multi-sector client portfolio and resolve major issues • Provide feedback, coaching, mentoring, training, and performance evaluation for project managers and team members • Develop succession plans and advise on recruiting key personnel • Collaborate with account, practice-area, and business-line leaders to grow profitable backlog • Develop business-development budgets and lead capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • US citizenship or permanent residency required • Sponsorship is not available now or in the future • May be subject to pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record Screening and Background check • Preferred: 15+ years of related experience, including 8+ years in operations management, Profit & Loss, and staff management • Strong knowledge and track record in environmental/remediation consulting • Experience with risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy across multiple state jurisdictions • Experience as a people manager and team builder • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong active listening, influencing, adaptability, resilience, collaboration, and business-acumen capabilities
