📋 Description

• Lead digital delivery across AECOM's hyperscale data center portfolio • Implement and enforce project-level BIM standards, execution plans, and coordination workflows • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans and related documentation • Administer project Common Data Environments, including folder structures, permissions, metadata, workflows, archival, retention, and integrations • Run BIM kickoff meetings with internal teams, enterprise-capabilities partners, consultants, and clients • Oversee day-to-day BIM production by U.S. BIM staff and enterprise-capabilities teams • Track quality, scope, schedule, deficiencies, non-compliance, issue logs, audits, and deliverable status • Conduct QA reviews, model inspections, clash and coordination reviews, model health scoring, and deliverable audits • Produce, correct, or complete Revit model content when needed to protect deadlines • Perform hands-on Revit modeling, sheet setup, parameter population, and corrections across disciplines • Set up and verify shared coordinates, base points, survey points, and model coordination standards • Run multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, issue triage, remediation tracking, and model health scoring • Oversee 3D/4D/5D model lifecycle integration and contractor/consultant model submittals • Report monthly on BIM KPIs, compliance metrics, and deliverable status; maintain dashboards • Build and execute an automation roadmap using Dynamo and Revit API scripts • Provide technical production support, smart-object content creation, and template development • Deploy and support Autodesk Content Catalogue/UNIFI • Support asset information management, digital handover, facilities management, and digital-twin environments • Contribute to BIM estimates and resource schedules; monitor utilization and recovery • Support training and certification, mentor coordinators and junior staff, capture lessons learned, and share BIM best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 6 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree + 8 years, or HS Diploma + 10 years in BIM/digital delivery, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • 2 years of experience directly leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work • 8+ years in BIM environments preferred • Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred • Experience coordinating, overseeing, and performing QA on offshore/enterprise-capabilities teams • Strong hands-on Revit skills across disciplines • Deep experience with Forma, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D • Working knowledge of SharePoint, ProjectWise, and project planning tools desirable • Experience with Dynamo, Revit API, and scripting • Strong knowledge of NBIMs, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, and ISO 19650 • Experience with BEP authoring, QA/QC frameworks, and model lifecycle management • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and training capability • Interest or experience integrating AI into BIM and digital-delivery workflows • Ability to work in the United States • Must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office • Relocation is not available • Sponsorship is not available
