📋 Description

• Complete monthly CEs for installations with inspections due within the next year and upload results to VEMO or the designated tool • Review water quality and storage tank environmental management plans for completeness, compliance, and conformance to ANG procedures • Provide stormwater management and permit support • Develop and review SWPPPs and SPCCs • Review and QA/QC water quality technical reports, IDS reports, SWPPPs, SPCCs, WQMPs, PA/SI, proposed plans, records of decision, remedial design/construction/operation reports, and monitoring reports • Provide comments on draft deliverables to improve accuracy and consistency with ANG procedures • Verify permit application types and regulated activity alignment • Operate within EASIER, VEMO, APIMS (WET/STAR), MICT, and EESOH-MIS • Collect, organize, and present defensible data for AF, AFCEC, and DoD data calls, Congressional inquiries, and the DoD Annual Report to Congress • Monitor emerging regulations and standards and advise on impacts to ANG environmental liability • Support review, interpretation, and application of new statutory and regulatory requirements • Perform QA/QC of environmental compliance data and identify and resolve data gaps

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education focused on environmental compliance • Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations • U.S. citizenship required • 10+ years of relevant experience focused on environmental compliance preferred • Experience with APIMS and EESOH-MIS preferred • Experience consulting DoD clients preferred • Knowledge of Air National Guard management practices as they relate to environmental compliance preferred • Strong focus and attention to detail • Strong writing, critical thinking, and reasoning skills • Sponsorship will not be provided
