📋 Description

• Design, create, and maintain business automation and intelligence tools • Design and maintain the data structures that supply automation and intelligence tools • Understand client data needs and collaborate with experts and coworkers to meet them • Plan project steps, estimate effort, and develop completion schedules • Explain technical challenges and proposed solutions to non-technical decision makers • Query databases and use APIs to obtain data • Suggest innovative solutions for client requirements • Work with mentors and coworkers to resolve problems and questions • Engage proactively with coworkers and clients worldwide • Manage small solution-development projects or development tasks within larger projects • Accurately allocate daily time worked to appropriate projects • Attend occasional client meetings and complete required in-person Day 1 onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Information Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related degree + 4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Experience designing and building process automation solutions, including PowerApps or competitive platforms • Experience designing and building dashboards • Working understanding of relational databases • US citizenship required • Power Platform knowledge, including Canvas Power Apps, Model-Driven Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Portals, and Microsoft 365 services • Fundamentals of ETL processes, database design, and object-oriented programming • Effective communication skills for client-facing work • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Preferred: SharePoint Development, Web Development, JavaScript, SQL databases, Azure services, Python, C#, HTML5, Node.js, React, and Esri ArcGIS solutions • Relocation and sponsorship are not available
