📋 Description

• Design, create, and maintain business automation and intelligence tools and supporting data structures • Understand client data needs and work with experts and coworkers to address them • Plan required steps, estimate effort, and schedule work for client requirements • Articulate technical challenges and proposed solutions to non-technical decision makers • Query databases and use APIs to obtain data • Suggest innovative solutions for client requirements • Initiate contact with mentors and coworkers to resolve problems and questions • Engage proactively with coworkers and clients worldwide • Lead requirements and design workshops with clients in person and remotely • Deliver development tasks on significant AECOM programs and smaller projects • Work with multiple clients simultaneously • Attend occasional client meetings

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Information Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related degree, plus 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • US citizenship required • Experience designing and building process automation solutions, including PowerApps or competitive platforms • Experience designing and building dashboards • Working understanding of relational databases • Working knowledge of Power Platform, including Canvas Power Apps, Model-Driven Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Portals, and Microsoft 365 services • Understanding of ETL processes, database design, and object-oriented programming • Preferred: SharePoint Development, Web Development, JavaScript, SQL databases, Azure services, Python, C#, HTML5, Node.js, React, and Esri ArcGIS solutions • Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future • Ability to accurately allocate daily time worked to appropriate projects • Ability to work in self-directed and team-based collaboration scenarios • Effective client-facing communication skills • Relocation is not available
