📋 Description

• Manage the full life cycle of projects within AEI’s Survey division • Coordinate with clients and internal project teams • Ensure project deliverables • Coordinate with site contacts • Gather title work from the client • Communicate with sales staff • Gather project status from consultants and internal project teams • Deliver outstanding client service through timely responses and proactive solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience (approximately 3+ years) working in a survey related position • Advanced writing, scheduling, organization, time management, and presentation skills • Eagerness and willingness to learn and perform new tasks • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills • Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills and experience • Ability to travel independently • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Ability to sit, type, handle office and/or field equipment, speak and hear • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, balance, kneel or crouch • Close vision and ability to focus
