📋 Description

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities for strategic initiatives • Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support to track project milestones and remove delivery blockers • Lead regular stand-ups, status reviews, and planning sessions • Create and manage project documentation, including status reports and stakeholder and ELT sponsor updates • Maintain project health metrics and identify and communicate potential issues or delays • Support resource allocation planning and monitor project capacity across workstreams • Facilitate retrospectives and post-mortem evaluations to capture lessons learned • Initially manage sub-projects and workstreams under direct mentorship, progressing toward end-to-end ownership of independent projects

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related support role • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required • Experience with MS Office / Google Suite • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • CAPM, introductory Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM I), or other Project Management certifications preferred
