📋 Description

• Manage all assigned projects and related aspects, including field personnel and technical staff • Represent the company in a positive and enthusiastic way • Ensure safe working practices • Manage and prepare documents for land surveying activities • Oversee timely document and design submittals • Address issues involving scope, schedule, and budget • Prepare cost estimates and proposal documents • Execute projects and communicate with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of progressive experience in surveying field work, office work, and project management • 5 years’ experience in Land Surveying • Highly proficient with Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, total stations, and Trimble GPS • Operational understanding of GPS and survey equipment • Strong electronic design skills; Civil3D preferred • Experience with public utilities in urban environments • Able to pass background and drug tests • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided • Familiarity with engineering design surveys, SUE, and boundary surveying • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and with a team • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions during challenges and conflict • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects • High aptitude for learning and retaining new knowledge
