📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects and initiatives by developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking deliverables. • Develop and maintain documentation defining roles, responsibilities, and workflows for internal teams, external partners, and vendors. • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document action items, and drive accountability to keep projects on schedule. • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, process documentation, operational playbooks, and program standards. • Create dashboards, reports, and executive briefings communicating project status, KPIs, SLAs, and program performance. • Gather information from stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop clear, organized documentation. • Monitor project and program performance, conduct audits, identify risks or roadblocks, and recommend solutions. • Coordinate change management activities and document and communicate process, standards, and procedure updates. • Coordinate program intake and service onboarding, developing and implementing new processes and playbooks. • Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders regarding the technology roadmap and project plans. • Identify process improvement, efficiency, and workflow standardization opportunities. • Maintain project and program documentation and provide operational support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. • 5+ years of experience supporting Security Systems, Corporate Security, Physical Security, Facilities, or Technology teams within a large, global enterprise environment. • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, SOPs, process documentation, reports, and executive presentations. • Understanding of how Security Systems organizations function within large global enterprises, including project governance, operational processes, and collaboration across Corporate Security, Facilities, IT, and business stakeholders. • Experience supporting project management, change management, process improvement, or operational programs. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills. • Familiarity with Google Suite tools, technology, and applications. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
