📋 Description
• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closure • Follow established EPMO protocols and PMI-aligned methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches • Coordinate with executive sponsors, subject-matter experts, operations, IT, finance, compliance, and external partners • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget • Support new state and contract launches by managing readiness activities, training coordination, vendor integration, and go-live execution • Identify workflow bottlenecks • Champion process improvements through change requests and standardized SOPs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field • 5–8 years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Strong working knowledge of PMI's PMBOK-based methodology • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, or Jira • PMP certification or relevant experience preferred
