📋 Description

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion • Own project budgets, forecasting, billing, cost tracking, profitability, and financial reporting • Build and maintain detailed project schedules while ensuring milestones are achieved • Coordinate engineering, design, fabrication, procurement, field operations, subcontractors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle • Review construction drawings, fire protection plans, blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure successful execution • Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and financial performance with leadership and customers • Identify schedule, labor, or budget issues early and implement corrective action • Hold field teams accountable for productivity, quality, safety, and schedule performance • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, closeout documentation, and customer communication • Ensure projects comply with NFPA standards, OSHA regulations, local codes, and customer specifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasting • Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, mechanical plans, and technical specifications • Estimating experience required • Strong scheduling and planning experience • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Experience with fire suppression, sprinkler systems, mechanical contracting, plumbing, HVAC, or MEP projects preferred • Experience with Patabid is highly desirable • Experience with Accumatica is preferred • Mechanical, plumbing, or related industry certifications are a plus • If hired, a Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification must be completed at the start of employment • Temporary work authorization or the need for sponsorship may disqualify you from employment
