📋 Description

• Lead the technical execution and detailed engineering of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) biogas-to-RNG upgrading systems • Serve as the primary technical point of contact across the entire project lifecycle • Review, validate, and approve process designs, P&IDs, PFDs, and mass/energy balances • Review mechanical drawings, skid layouts, 3D models, piping designs, and structural requirements • Establish technical specifications, datasheets, and design parameters for major system equipment • Manage technical evaluations of supplier bids and coordinate with equipment manufacturers • Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality, schedule, and performance specifications • Oversee equipment manufacturing, shop assembly, and skid fabrication • Verify build quality, structural integrity, and adherence to engineering designs and ASME/API codes • Ensure designs and fabrication comply with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and ASME, NFPA, NEC, and API codes • Interface with client teams, project management, field service engineers, and commissioning personnel • Resolve technical issues during fabrication, site installation, and startup

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred • 5–10 years of experience in engineering, preferably in biogas, Renewable Natural Gas, Process Gas, or similar • Proficient in MS Office programs • Ability to read drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, and other engineering documents • Strong professional speaking and writing skills • Root cause analysis skills and critical thinking ability • Experience in AutoCAD, UNISIM, and AVEVA is a plus • Proven experience in the biogas and RNG industry is a plus • Must be able and willing to travel up to 25% of the time • Must pass a thorough background check • Must pass a drug test before beginning work • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employer participates in E-Verify
