📋 Description

• Lead passionate cross-functional teams in creating innovative content and experiences • Own and plan one or multiple game projects • Own and drive project vision and serve as the product knowledge base for the team • Build milestone roadmaps, identify critical path issues and remove development roadblocks • Manage production budget and cashflow • Manage internal and external communication and maintain visibility across contributing teams and studios • Work closely with Project Management, which owns the Team side of production • Drive production factors ensuring smooth team execution • Manage stakeholders and mitigate expectations • Identify and mitigate production risks • Deliver, enhance and influence creative projects at every stage of production

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped at least two projects as Game Producer or similar position • Know how to define production • Familiar with project management methods and tools • Able to earn the confidence of your team, clients and C-Level • Able to talk marketing, art, design and software • Eligible to work in Munich, Germany • Speak English fluently • Motivation for shipping awesome products in constrained environments • Leadership and Direction are important to you • Love games and take player experiences seriously • Decisions based on facts and vision • Clearly distinguish between Project Management and Producing work • Good knowledge of Jira/Confluence • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Products • Knowledge of Scrum methodology
