📋 Description

• Own the global product roadmap • Define, maintain, and communicate 3–6 month and 6–12 month roadmaps • Drive product enhancements that meet the requirements of diverse markets • Identify and prioritise the processor integrations that unlock growth across regions • Get involved early in the sales cycle — supporting prospect conversations, shaping scoping discussions • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and professional services to sequence work effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Significant product leadership experience in payments, fintech, or a related B2B technology environment • Familiarity with payments landscapes across multiple geographies — processors, acquirers, PSPs, or merchants • A track record of owning and delivering complex product roadmaps across multiple stakeholder groups • Comfortable in presales conversations — you can talk credibly about product capabilities without over-promising • Strong communicator who can translate technical detail into business value, and business needs into engineering requirements • Someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine care for the people they work with
