📋 Description

• Lead, coach, mentor and develop a team of Technical Account Managers supporting SMB merchants • Partner with Client Success to help merchants grow, improve time to market, and adopt Affirm’s product suite after launch • Establish and track team OKRs and goals, creating proactive action plans as needed • Forecast TAM demand and recruit as necessary • Evaluate new hires’ technical capabilities • Handle team escalations and guide TAMs on integration solutions, troubleshooting, and optimization opportunities • Serve as a technical expert for customers • Advocate internally for merchants and collaborate cross-functionally to address their highest priorities

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years in a B2B customer-facing technical role • Three years as a people manager • Strong technical background in web development technologies and REST APIs • Computer science degree or professional engineering experience • Ability to build rapport with engineering customers • Excellent communication skills for internal customer advocacy and external representation • Bonus: experience providing solutions to e-commerce or in-store retailers • Must reside in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, or Saskatchewan
