📋 Description

• Lead complex cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned with servicing strategy, OKRs, and business priorities • Define and execute servicing strategy through program roadmaps and execution plans • Track progress against KPIs, timelines, and budgets • Drive enterprise-wide improvements using Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data-driven methodologies • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate technical concepts into manuals and resources for human and AI agents • Architect and evolve the knowledge ecosystem, including SOPs, job aids, learning platforms, and AI-enabled knowledge tools • Design and create complex operational, instructional, and procedural content • Oversee end-to-end design and delivery of onboarding, continuous learning, and new product rollout training programs • Anticipate operational needs related to product launches, program expansion, and regulatory changes • Use metrics, dashboards, qualitative feedback, and localization-quality assessments to drive insights and inform senior leadership • Advise executives, cross-functional partners, and vendor leaders to align company goals with execution • Lead and coach augmented staff, contractors, and cross-functional contributors • Drive adoption of new processes, platforms, and resources through structured change management • Take on additional program and project management responsibilities as business needs evolve

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably within large-scale or global operations • Proven track record of setting strategy and delivering measurable impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management • Experience with knowledge management and training platforms/tools, including Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms, or AI-driven knowledge tools • Strong background in regulated industries, especially financial services, fintech, or consumer lending • Exceptional influence and communication skills • Analytical and data-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement • Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments • Experience supporting vendor/partner operations and distributed teams • Black Belt, PMP, or Prosci certification preferred
