📋 Description

• Own and grow Affirm's partner portfolio, making it easier for merchants to onboard and offer Affirm as a payment method • Take product ownership of existing vertical software partnerships and grow the broader platform partner portfolio • Build a Partner Acceleration Strategy that makes future partner integrations faster to launch and easier to scale • Collaborate with commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering teams to define, launch, and grow integrations • Gather product performance feedback and insights from platform partners to drive merchant growth • Define and prioritize product features and requirements • Create and manage the product roadmap for the broader 1:Many growth team • Develop success metrics and OKRs • Partner with commercial and product marketing teams on go-to-market strategies for new integrations and features

🎯 Requirements

• Directly managed multiple technical software products from kick-off through post-launch • Demonstrated meaningful business impact from managed products • Comfortable discussing technical details with engineers, iterating in Figma with designers, and analyzing funnels with data analysts • Discipline and organizational skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Bias toward action and ability to navigate obstacles and blockers • Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into an action plan • Direct experience shipping high-quality products on time • Comfortable with commercial aspects of product development and externally facing partner roles • Bonus: experience in Fintech, Lending, ecommerce, or BNPL
